Apple banana nut oatmeal

Oatmeal, fruit, nuts and spice – it’s always a tasty, nutritious and easy-to-make breakfast:)

Ingredients

1 cup oats
1 banana
1 big apple
handful of almonds (raw or toasted)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon condensed milk (honey)

Method

Soak oats in hot boiled water and set aside. Meanwhile chop almonds, apple and banana. Grind cinnamon if needed [I just like it fresh]. Add nuts and fruit to the oatmeal, pour condensed milk or honey on top, sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon.
If desirable, add some oil [flax/olive/etc] and salt. Serve!
