Easy, yummy, nourishing, natural – just everything you need in one smoothie:)
Ingredients
2 kiwis
1 banana
2 medium apples, peeled and cored
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
handful of walnuts
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Method
Combine all the ingredients in blender adding lemon juice to taste. Process until smooth. Pour into glasses. Enjoy!:)
Never thought to add walnuts to a smoothie, though I often add peanut butter.
