Coconut fruit oatmeal (vegan)

A nutritious and extremely easy oatmeal breakfast for those who prefer to cook less:) Add any fruit and tasty bits you have at hand:)


1 cup rolled oats
1 cup coconut milk
handful of black currants
1 nectarine/peach
handful of shredded coconut
dash of freshly ground cinnamon
pinch of salt, optionally


Warm up coconut milk. Pour milk into the bowl with oats and set aside for 5 minutes (add a dash of salt and coconut oil, if desirable). Slice a nectarine and grind cinnamon. Add shredded coconut, nectarine and black currants to the oatmeal. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
