Berry peanut sesame smoothie (vegan)

I’m making perhaps tonnes of smoothies sometimes. It seemed to me unappetizing to publish them as the outcome depends on individual preferences and imagination. Besides smoothies I get are always of a different type and consistency (beetroot ginger mix is just not for everyone:)). But when my friends ask the recipes, I’m up to share here everything that was documented:)


1/2 cup raspberries
1/4 cup black currants
1/4 cup blueberries
1 banana
1 tbsp sesame seeds, raw or toasted
handful of peanuts, raw or toasted
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup water or nut/seed/vegan milk


Combine all the ingredients in a blender cup. Process until smooth. Add agave or maple syrup to taste, if desirable. Pour into glasses. Enjoy!:)DSC04193_logo_DSC04007_logoDSC04209_logo
