Melon berry salad (vegan)

A dead-simple dessert to prepare and serve immediately. Super juicy and sweet melon in combination with pear and berries would be perfect if chilled and served with nuts:) Enjoy!

I made it after accomplishing a 70km ride from another city which took a few hours. Since I’m back to cycling I try to make longer distances to be prepared for longer trips. Also my mom got a new fantastic hybrid bike a few days ago, and that should be celebrated with many fruit salads and tasty meals:)(:
Release dopamine – ride a bike!:D

Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients

1/2 medium melon
1 pear
1 cup blackberries
generous handful of blueberries
dash of cinnamon

Method

Wash the melon and cut in half. Using a spoon scrape out the seeds and pulp. Set aside one half, another cut into wedges. Remove the skin and dice. Cut slices to create chunks.
Rinse blueberries, blackberries and a pear. Slice the pear. Arrange melon chunks, pear slices onto the plates. Scatter the berries over and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve!:)
