A sweet variation of the green ginger smoothie I have published recently. I just like this blend a lot:)
Ingredients
1 banana
1 apple
2 small cucumbers
1 cm fresh ginger root
5 stems of fresh parsley
1 cup water
a squeeze of lemon juice
Method
Peel the ginger root. Chop the cucumbers, banana, apple and parsley. Place all the ingredients into a blender cup and pulse until smooth. Pour into glasses or portable smoothie jars. Enjoy!:)
