Peach and berry salad (vegan)

Ideas like this come to my mind during the long rides. The colorful peach and berry fiesta was arranged after the longest cross-country cycling day in my life ever. Imagine how it tastes when you’re extremely exhausted and craving for carbs:) For any occasion this salad goes fantastic, because there’s nothing more delicious than fresh berries and fruit!:)
Yield: 2 servings

My yesterday’s brief revelation of happiness of the here and now, funny but true:D
A runner is running
A seagull is flying
Flowers are blooming
And I’m riding a bike:D

Ingredients

2 large peaches
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup blackberries
a squeeze of lemon juice
1 tbsp agave syrup or honey, optional

Method

Wash the peaches and rinse the berries. Cut the peaches to create chunks. Arrange the peach chunks and all the berries on the serving plates. Squeeze lemon juice over each serving. Drizzle with honey or sweet syrup, if desirable. Serve immediately with nuts or whatever you like:)

Enjoy!:)DSC04720_newDSC04630_newDSC04594_new
