Autumn Fruit Platter

The easiest recipe that doesn’t require lots of your time and effort:) When autumn fruit are so sweet and juicy…all you need is just to get these goodies:) They can be served independently or in addition to your morning oatmeal. It’s a tiny remind for you and me to have more fruit (and obviously veggies) in our diet! 
Serves 2
Takes a few minutes


2 pears
2 cups raspberries
a vine of grapes
a handful of guelder rose berries or cranberries
a handful of your favourite nuts


Rinse the fruit. Slice the pears. Arrange the berries, grapes and pear slices on 1 large or 2 smaller platters. Drizzle with honey or/and lemon juice, if desirable. Enjoy together with your favourite nuts or/and oatmeal!:)
